In The Fault in our Stars,John Green builds a story out of despair and darkness . It gives as the account of Hazel who can hardly remember her life without cancer and is almost hopeless. Then she meet a young boy Augustus Waters, a cancer survivor. He is drawn to her in a way that is intially uncomfortable and she tries to push him away. He finds her to be the exactly the type of girl he has been looking for. He reads her favorite book to her and helps to gather strength.
The story is written in a breathtaking way which makes us become the part of the characters and feel the same . Hazel and Augustus appeal to readers through their sense of humor and courage. But behind the courage they hide their pain for the sake of families. Cancer not only touches the victim but also those who love and are in anyway touched by them .The fault in our Stars is a beautiful novel and I would recommend it to anyone who believes in love and has the courage to fight for it .
